Why I started TD Louise
I was tired of advice that only worked in a perfect world.
So much of what I was reading made it feel like if you weren’t transforming your life, sticking to the plan, or hitting every goal on time, you were somehow doing it wrong. But real life doesn’t work that way, at least mine never has.
I wanted a place that acknowledged full days, shifting priorities, caregiving, work, health, and the quiet pressure to “do it all” without burning out. A place where progress didn’t require perfection and where small, realistic steps were enough.
TD Louise became that space.
It’s where I share what I’m learning as I go—about self-care, movement, mindset, routines, and living with intention— while navigating a very full life of my own.
Nothing here is about having it all figured out. It’s about finding what works now, adjusting when it doesn’t, and giving yourself permission to keep going anyway.
I’m excited that you’re here!

Beauty is all around us…
look for simple pleasures
Sometimes, probably most times, small simple pleasures are all we have time for. A piece of chocolate, your favorite song, or a glance at a photo you love are all things that can induce happiness or contentment when you need it, so go ahead, stop what you are doing, and indulge a little if only for a moment.
You deserve it!
